Connor Street Residence
I’m excited to see my first project with Lloyd Architects take shape. Driven by great clients and the unique qualities of the site, the modern mountain farmhouse design looks to build a home beyond its exterior.

A Little Bit About Me
Taylor believes design to be about storytelling — past, present and future. His thesis sought a modern understanding of regionalism, unbound by the scale of application. He approaches discovery as a creative act. It’s that investigation of the particulars that define projects by place and persona.
Taylor earned three degrees from the School of Architecture at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While in graduate school, he designed music magazines. This experience was a clear complement to his career, teaching him the power of presentation. After college, he spent four years in New York City working on Passive House and environmentally driven residential design.
Pursuing projects that toe the indoor/outdoor line, Taylor finds inspiration and opportunity in Utah’s powerful landscapes.
Interests:
Taylor’s interests include music, baseball (Let’s Go Mets!), vintage furnishings and the Carolina coast.
